Ground floor: Entrance hall; open plan living and dining (seating 12) area with open kitchen; cloakroom & steam room.

1 master bedroom (37 sqm with king size 4-poster/canopy bed), 4 equally spacious modern bedrooms en suite (between 29 and 33 sqm).

The 5 suites on the ground floor all provide glazed openings to a terrace and the garden, Apple TV, an integrated sound system and fashionable bathrooms in a local limestone with walk-in glass Dornbracht Sky rain showers and free-standing tubs. Bedrooms range from 37sqm (master) to 29 sqm on the ground floor and feature twin/superking beds. The 6th bedroom on the lower-ground floor is for children, smaller (18 sqm) with twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
